Maserati Info Centre
Slots for navigator CD-ROM/
audio CD and SIM card
The slot A for the navigator CD-ROM
and audio CDs is found on the central
console.
Slot B for the cellular phone SIM
telephone card is also found on the
console, in a vertical position. The SIM
card must be inserted with the
integrated chip positioned to the left-
hand side, with respect to the driving
direction, until it is retained.
To remove the SIM card, press it in the
slot and release it.
WARNING Use the SIM card adapter
supplied with the car only when when
it is necessary. If it is lost or broken, or
if you wish to purchase other adapters,
contact the Maserati Service Network.
Earpiece for cellular telephone
The jack for the earpiece connector is
found inside the central console. Lift
the cover for access to the inside.
To attach the earpiece connector, press
it into the jack. To detach the
connector, press the retaining tab
shown in the figure and slide it out.
When not in use, the earpiece can be
kept inside the console with the
connector inserted in the jack, ready
for use.
Keep the REP key pressed in order to
activate or deactivate earpiece
operation, even during a telephone
call. When the earpiece is activated,
the respective symbol appears on the
display.
Rapid guide
When using the system, after having
activated the main menu page for one
of the functions, follow the various
options given on the submenu pages
that appear by pressing the respective
key briefly. Any elements that cannot
be selected are always displayed in
grey.
For the reference numbers, see the
figure in section “Controls”.
The main functions of the Maserati
Info Centre are activated by pressing
the following keys:
